Just stuff! (was "Ultralight Flying Adventures")
Before I started building my house, I flew my Quicksilver MX quite a bit. When my house is finished, I'll build a runway and fly from my house. These are stories and photos that chronicle the restoration and flying experiences of my Quicksilver 1983 MX and my 1984 Phantom X1 and most recently, my home construction!

Hi Glen, I wouldn't hesitate to drill a 5/16 hole, it's only 1/32 each side. You can always sleave the spar on the inside if it's a concern. I might have some tubing from my old MX spars that would work.....depending on the size. BTW your sails are cleaning up great. I think it will look sharp when you "git er dun" ;)

Thanks James for the kind words. I hope I'll be able to meet you in Greenville after the Phantom is flying. I'll keep in mind the sleeve material. Appreciate it!
Glen
